Shipping your order
Orders placed before 2:00 pm are usually dispatched the same business day. During periods of high demand or exceptional circumstances, preparation times may be slightly longer.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Your privacy is important to us. All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging, with no indication of the contents on the outside.
Delivery options
We ship all orders with trusted tracked delivery services. The available shipping options will be displayed at checkout depending on your delivery address.
- Collection Point – Delivery to your selected pickup point (available in France and some European countries).
- Home Delivery – Delivered directly to your letterbox or doorstep.
- Signature Delivery – Home delivery with signature on receipt.
- European Delivery – Tracked delivery throughout Europe.
- International Delivery – Tracked delivery to selected destinations outside Europe.
Delivery times and shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your destination and the delivery method selected. Where applicable, free shipping is offered once the minimum order value has been reached.
Express Delivery
Need your order quickly? We also offer Chronopost Express for faster delivery.
- Chronopost Home Delivery – Orders placed before 2:00 pm (Paris time) are usually dispatched the same business day. Delivery is typically the next business day before 1:00 pm in mainland France, by the end of the day in Corsica, and within 2–4 business days across most of Europe.
- Chronopost Pickup Point – Enjoy the speed of Chronopost while collecting your parcel from the pickup point of your choice, ideal if you're not available at home.
Shipping costs and any applicable free shipping thresholds are displayed automatically at checkout based on your destination and selected delivery method.
Frequently Asked Questions
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link.
Please note that the tracking information may not be available immediately. It is usually activated once the carrier has collected and scanned your parcel, which typically happens later the same day.
If your tracking has not updated within 3 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected]. We'll be happy to look into it for you.
Although the vast majority of orders arrive on time, occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Colissimo – If your parcel has not been delivered within 2 business days of dispatch, please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or via our live chat. We'll open an enquiry with the carrier on your behalf.
- Chronopost Express – If your express parcel is not delivered within the expected delivery timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund of your shipping costs, subject to Chronopost's service guarantee. Please contact our Customer Care team so we can submit the claim for you.
Where applicable, reimbursement of shipping costs is issued as a store credit.
If your tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible at [email protected] or via our live chat.
To allow us to investigate with the carrier, we may ask you to provide supporting documents, such as:
- A copy of a valid photo ID (front and back);
- A signed declaration confirming that the parcel was not received.
Once we have received the required documents, we will immediately open an investigation with the carrier. If appropriate, we'll arrange for a replacement order or another suitable resolution in accordance with the outcome of the carrier's investigation.
This procedure applies to all of our delivery partners, including Colissimo and Chronopost.
