Shipping your package
For orders placed before 2 p.m., the package is shipped on the same day. However, please note that preparation times may take longer during periods of high order volumes or exceptional circumstances.
Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we send you a link so that you can track the delivery of your package.
The shipment is very discreet: the bag is opaque and the package does not contain any information that reveals what is inside.
The main delivery method that we offer is delivery via Colissimo, a company that belongs to the French Post Office.
You have several options to choose from:
- Colissimo Collection Point: Your package is dropped off at a Collection Point within 48 hours.
Only available for delivery in metropolitan France. Shipping cost: 4.95€, free for orders costing 50€ and up.
- Colissimo without signature: Your package is delivered directly to your letterbox within 48 hours.
Only available for delivery in metropolitan France. Shipping cost: 4.95€, free for orders costing 50€ and up.
- Colissimo against signature: Your package is delivered to your home within 48 hours and a signature is required.
Only available for delivery in metropolitan France. Shipping cost: 5.95€, free for orders costing 60€ and up.
- Colissimo Europe: Home delivery throughout Europe within 3 days, against signature.
Shipping cost: 9€, free for orders costing 50€ and up.
- Colissimo Overseas: Home delivery within 5 to 10 days, against signature.
Shipping cost: 9.95€, free for orders costing 95€ and up.
At The CBD Farm we also offer an express delivery method for those in a hurry, with Chronopost.
- Chronopost: Order before 9 a.m., and your order will be dispatched on the same day, with the package delivered to you the next day, before 1 p.m. Shipping cost: 9.90€ for orders costing up to 60€, 5.90€ for orders costing 61€ to 90€ and free for orders costing over 90€.
- Chronopost Collection Point: Do you want express delivery but know that you’re not going to be at home to receive your order? We’ll take care of it! Shipping cost: 5.95€, free for orders costing 60€ and up.
With Chronopost Collection Points you can have your package delivered the day after your order is placed, to the collection point of your choice.
Frequently Asked Questions
When you receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking, and you click on it, it is not yet active.
Tracking is always activated at the end of the day, when the carrier scans all the packages.
So there’s nothing to worry about!
If the follow-up remains inactive for at least three days, don’t hesitate to contact customer services at [email protected] in order to obtain more information.
With colissimo: if the parcel takes more than two days to be delivered to you after dispatch, don’t hesitate to inform customer services at [email protected] or directly via the chat, so that our teams can make a complaint about the parcel.
With Chronopost: if the package is delayed and has not been delivered to you within 24 hours of dispatch, you can request reimbursement of your shipping costs (if any).
You will also need to contact our customer services department so that our teams can send a request to Chronopost.
Reimbursement of shipping costs comes in the form of a purchase voucher.
If you receive an email from colissimo indicating that the package has been delivered to your letterbox but this is not the case, you must notify customer services again at [email protected] or on the chat.
Our teams will ask you for certain supporting documents, such as a front/back copy of your identity card and a sworn statement of non-delivery.
Once the documents have been received by our teams, the file will immediately be sent to the carrier and our teams will schedule the return of your order.
The same process is required for all carriers, including Chronopost too.
