This is a recurring question that we get from our customers and potential customers.

How can you distinguish a legal product from a non-legal one, when there’s no visible difference between classic cannabis and legal cannabis?

As of now, you can take the guesswork out of the equation: what makes our products legal is the THC content. Indeed, the European Union authorizes any hemp-based product as long as the THC level remains below 0.2%.

The WHO is clear: CBD cannot be considered illegal, or a drug, because taking CBD does not cause any psychoactive effects.

In order to certify this level of CBD, all our products are tested in the laboratory. All the laboratory results are available to you, on each product sheet on our site.

At The CBD Farm, we know that for some of our clients, discretion is of paramount importance.

It’s for this reason that, when you place an order with us, the corresponding entry on your bank statement will say GROW QUALITY, rather than The CBD Farm.

In addition, when your order is shipped, the shipper will be listed as Grow Quality, too.

Our shipping boxes are neutral and give no indication as to what is inside.

In terms of smell, no smells can escape from the boxes because your products are delivered in bags that are airtight and sealed.

Under no circumstances can we encourage you to smoke and thereby endanger your health.

For this reason, we recommend consuming our flowers by means of vaporization (see sectionvaporizers), in infusion with the addition of a fatty substance because CBD is not water-soluble, or by incorporating the products into your favourite recipes, in order to add a little something extra!

Although we have recently become a Swiss company, all your orders are shipped from France.

Shipping from France allows you, in the first instance, not to risk a fine if you forget to make a customs declaration, and also allows for fast delivery times (you can find out more about delivery times here

Another small but important point: we deliver to every part of France and all over Europe!

At present, PayPal refuses to let its services be used for the sale of CBD products. We hope that this will change soon, so that you find the process of buying online even more reassuring.

However, you can of course pay by credit card directly on our site: payment is completely secure, moreover, with the 3D Secure code required for payment authentication (very effective in the fight against fraud).

What’s more, if you’re not keen on the idea of entering your credit card numbers online, we also offer payment by bank transfer. 

To do this, simply choose "bank transfer" as your method of payment when you validate the order. You will then receive an order confirmation email, with our bank details at the bottom of the email.

The deadline for receiving transfers is 24 to 48 working hours, max.

It is important to add the order number to the description of the transfer, so that the transfer can easily be matched with the correct order.
