Return policy and satisfaction
At La Ferme du CBD, your satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. Since 2018, we have been selecting lab-tested CBD flowers, oils and resins, and we do everything we can to make your purchase a smooth experience, from order to delivery. This page sets out your right of withdrawal, the return conditions for our products and the steps to follow if you wish to return an item.
Your right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason. This right applies under the conditions set out below, which are specific to the sale of consumable and hygiene products.
Which products can be returned?
Products eligible for return: items returned new, unopened and in their original sealed packaging, within the 14-day period. They must be in perfect, resalable condition.
Products excluded from the right of withdrawal: for reasons of hygiene and health protection, products that have been unsealed or opened after delivery (flowers, oils, resins, e-liquids, infusions, capsules, sweets and any consumable product) cannot be taken back. This exclusion does not apply if the product has a manufacturing defect or does not match your order.
Defective product or order error
If you receive a damaged product, an item that does not match your order or one with a defect, contact us within 14 days with a supporting photo. Depending on the case, we will arrange an exchange, a credit note or a refund, at no return cost to you.
How to return a product
- Contact our customer service to let us know about your request and receive the steps to follow.
- Complete the online withdrawal form: access the withdrawal form.
- Return the eligible product, new and sealed, in its original packaging, to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
Refund time
Once we have received and checked your return, your refund is issued within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order. You are informed by email at every step.
Our quality commitment
Every product we offer is tested by an independent laboratory to guarantee its compliance with the law and a THC level below the legal threshold. We select our suppliers carefully, on criteria of cultivation, production and traceability, to offer you safe products of consistent quality.

How long do I have to return a product?
You have 14 days after delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal on eligible products (new and sealed).
Can I return a product I have opened?
No. For hygiene reasons, opened or unsealed consumable products cannot be taken back, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity.
Who pays the return shipping costs?
Return costs are at your expense for a standard withdrawal. They are covered by La Ferme du CBD in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.
How long until I am refunded?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of us receiving and checking your return.
