Cultivation Method
Skittles is grown indoors, meaning we grow it in a protected environment, in our cultivation rooms. This cultivation method allows us to control numerous factors: light exposure duration, humidity, insects… Indoor cultivation produces premium quality flowers. We only use soil and organic fertilizers for our crops to achieve an authentic flavor.
Dominance
Sativa strains generally provide a "high" effect that promotes cerebral activity. Indica strains give a more "stoned" effect, leading to deep relaxation and a preference for chilling. In CBD, there are no 100% Sativa or Indica flowers, only dominances. The difference between the Sativa and Indica effects is still less significant in CBD cannabis than in traditional cannabis. Skittles is Sativa-dominant, but its compact buds resemble those of an Indica.
Flavor
We categorize our strains into 4 main flavors: sweet, sour, salty, and bitter. Skittles has a sweet taste, with hints of red fruits.
Consumption Methods
- Vaporizing: at temperatures above 170 degrees
- Infusing: let it steep for 10 minutes with a fatty substance (oil, soy milk)
- Cooking: incorporate it into your favorite recipes
CBD/THC Content
Skittles has a CBD content of 18.7%, an ideal rate for reducing stress and helping you fall asleep. All our flowers have a THC content of less than 0.3% and are therefore legal throughout Europe. The rates displayed on our descriptive sheets are based on the latest tests carried out and published (see Lab Test). Due to the nature of hemp, the displayed rates may, of course, vary slightly from one part of the plant to another, depending on its cultivation, sunlight, and treatment differences.
