Cookie Kush is predominantly Sativa. Sativa strains offer a “high” effect that promotes brain activity, while Indica strains provide a more relaxing and soothing effect.
In CBD, there are no 100% Sativa or Indica flowers but only dominances. The difference between Sativa and Indica effects is still less significant in CBD cannabis than in traditional cannabis.
